Data briefs

The same brief, twice, gives the same file.

What a file cannot tell you matters as much as what it can. Unverified is reported as unverified, never folded into the clean count.

  1. Gap reporting

What is missing from a universe, named rather than rounded away.

  2. File assembly

Records drawn together against those criteria, deduplicated, and checked for completeness.

  3. Format and encoding

Files prepared so they load first time, with the character handling settled up front.
